Scholarships are offered to students who are nationals of countries outwith the European Union for undergraduate studies in any subject offered by the University.
A minimum of 15 scholarships are available for the session 2012-2013 with each award worth £ 2,000 per year. The award was maintained for the duration of the study program.

The scholarships are awarded competitively and broadly based academic performance.
They are awarded to students accepted for admission to full time undergraduate studies at the University of Edinburgh.
Students who are already in the program are not eligible.
Applicants must also be citizens of a country outwith the European Union.

Applicants who qualify must complete an online scholarship application.
All applications must be submitted no later than 2 April 2012.
Please note that you will not be able to access the online application form unless you have applied for admission to the University of Edinburgh and has a full EASE authentication.

Notice of award
A University of Edinburgh Selection Committee will meet in May 2012 to select scholarship recipients.
Scholarship winners will be announced in late May 2012.
