Scholarship Jazz Goes to Campus UI (JGTC)

requirements:

* Students S1 Regular UI

Completeness of file:

1. Attach a transcript of the last value (for the first semester students attach a copy of recent report cards and test results of high school / equivalent certified school principal);
2. Attach a copy of KTM, ID card and family card;
3. JGTC scholarship Fill out the form (form can be taken in the bem UI);
4. Attach essay (on the reasons why you deserve a scholarship JGTC) a maximum of four pages

All files are collected at the latest completion date of December 16, 2011 to Adkesma BEM FEUI 2011 or at the secretariat of the BEM UI, Student Center first floor.
