Musicianship Scholarships are available for new instruments and vocal students (both U.S. and non-U.S. citizens) register in the Bachelor of Music, Associate of Arts, Certificate Program or performance that shows exceptional musicianship. A total of ten Music Performance Scholarship (two per instrument) are given for each start a new program. This scholarship applies to students enrolled in performance (instruments and vocals) programs only, and can not be transferred to "non-performance programs' emphasis (Audio Engineering, Music Business, Independent Artists, Crafts guitar, or film) in an AA or Bachelor .

To be considered for the Performing Arts Music Scholarship, you must submit a completed application including:

* An essay explaining why you should be considered for scholarships. One page essay describing yourself and why you should be considered as a candidate for this scholarship. You may include your background music, aspiration, or other factors that you deem relevant.
* A videotape that shows your skills do. Video Requirements vary by program. VHS or DVD video must contain a minimum of: two (2) the songs in two (2) different styles in an atmosphere of ensemble and one (1) a single piece (a cappella for a vocalist).
