MUSIC SCHOLARSHIP auditions for ACADEMIC YEAR 2012-2013

REQUIREMENTS
Music faculty grants scholarships based on talent and musicians. Achieved a high school senior who has been accepted into Transylvania encouraged to audition. Scholarships designed for students who, regardless of their major, wanted to take the lessons are applied in college and participated in vocal or instrumental ensemble.

AWARDS
Awards range from $ 10,000 to $ 20,000 ($ 2,500 to $ 5,000 per year) and is automatically updated, assuming that the receiver completed four semesters of applied lessons and participated in eight semesters designated ensemble.

auditions
Actors will audition and interview with music faculty. Auditions will include the performance of two short, contrasting choice of selecting students. Theory / composition applicants must submit scores and / or recordings prior to their interview. A taped audition is received in a state approved. Optional lunch with faculty and current students and campus tours will be available both dates.
