GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Citizen of Indonesia
Registered as citizens of Yogyakarta (evidenced by the ID / KIPEM DIY)
Physically and mentally healthy
Single
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Has a broad view of international issues and national
Have competence in the arts and culture
Do not ever join any international youth exchange program sponsored by the Ministry of Education or the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

AIYEP: 21-24 years of age
ChIYEP: 18-25 years of age
ICYEP: 18-23 years of age
IMYEP: 23-27 years of age
SSEAYP: 20-30 years of age
IKYEP: 21-25 years

Schedule:

Administration Selection (10 April - 11, 2012 results will be announced on April 12, 2012.)
Selection Interview (April 14, 2012 results will be announced on April 17. 2012)
End Selection (20 April - 22, 2012 results will be announced on April 23, 2012.)

The selection process

The deadline for submission of registration forms are due from 10 April to 11 April 2012 (each 9 AM - 5 PM) at the sports hall of Youth and Sports, nDalem Ngadiwinatan KT II / 23 South Square of Yogyakarta.
Enter the registration form and in supporting the requirements for SSEAYP yellow folder, the folder for AIYEP green, brown folder for ChIYEP, red for ICYEP folder, the folder for IMYEP blue, and white folder for IKYEP.
Applicants must submit the completed form with the following documents:
A copy of Yogyakarta ID Card (KIPEM / KTP DIY)
One copy of student ID card (for students)
Permission letter from the workplace (for employees)
A copy of the latest academic diploma (school / college / university)
A copy of the English Language Proficiency Test Results (if available)
Confidential Reference Form (included in Application Form 2012)
Color photographs last: 2 pieces of 3 × 4 (one attached and one attached) and a sheet of postcard size (4R)
Personal CV and supporting documents / credentials
