Master Informatics Scholarships (2012)
Up to seven scholarships are available with a value of £ 3,000.
Types of awards: Postgraduate Masters
Award amount: Reduction of tuition fees of £ 3,000.
Requirements
Scholarships will be awarded to international students who have the highest academic ability and potential, the following Masters degrees:
MSc Advanced Computer Science
MSc Computing with Digital Media
Evolutionary and Adaptive Systems MSc
MSc Human-Computer Interaction
Information Technology in Business and Management MSc
Intelligent Systems MSc
This scholarship is awarded based on academic achievement and not on the basis of financial need.
To be eligible, you must: apply for a Master's degree at the top; started degrees in October 2012 (awards can not be deferred to later years), and classified as paying "overseas" (non-EU) tuition fees . Current Sussex undergraduate international students are eligible to apply. If you are awarded one of the scholarships you may not also hold a Chancellor's International Scholarships. The award will be made at the discretion of the Department.
Procedure
To apply, complete:

When completed, submit your application for a scholarship form Informatics Program Coordinator (contact details below). Please note that you do not have to apply for a scholarship until AFTER you have filed the appropriate application for a place in one of the above Master's degree.
Schedule
Closing date: May 1, 2012
Notice to the applicant's first choice: June 8, 2012
Notification to successful applicants selected: after June 22, 2012
Scholarship payment dates: the registration
Payment methods: reduction of tuition fees of £ 3,000
