Chicken Perattu is a traditional Christmas dish from God's Own Country. Slow simmering chicken pieces in a spicy masala mixture results in this dry curry meal. The spicy flavors totally penetrate the meat, making this dish one of the most popular in Kerala cuisine. I'll demonstrate this Chicken Perattu by slow frying bite-sized chicken pieces in a fiery blend of chilli powder, pepper powder, and aromatic masalas. Despite the fact that it is hot and spicy, and your eyes are watering, you will not be able to quit relishing the 'perattu'.
