Beasiswa PPA & BBM – Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII)

Requirements to be met to receive the Academic Achievement Scholarship Increased (BPPA) and the Student Learning Assistance Scholarship (BBBM) additional year 2011 as follows:

ANR ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHOLARSHIP AND ADDITIONAL Fuel:

Fill out form was provided in the Student Affairs Section UII, Counters 4 and Rectorate Building 1st Floor Campus Integrated Km 14.5 Jalan Kaliurang
Submit new transcripts that have been passed (1 sheet)
Submit a copy of student card (1 sheet)
Submit certificate of parents income (1 sheet)
Status did not submit an affidavit as the receiver is not scholarship or other scholarships are being filed by knowing the Dean / Vice Dean
Submit print out the student data from EPSBED (see http://evaluasi.or.id)

DECISION AND RETURN FORM:

Date: 16 - 21 November 2011
Place: The Student Counters 4 and Rectorate Building 1st Floor Campus Integrated Ground Road Km. 14.5

OTHER:

Scholarships are awarded for 4 months (September to December 2011)
Included in the submission file folder for files BPPA green, and red folder for files of fuel
