Edinburgh Global Master Scholarships, University of Edinburgh, UK

University of Edinburgh will offer 40 scholarships to study graduate teachers in each subject offered by the University for 2012-2013 academic session.

Fifteen scholarships will have a value of £ 5,000 respectively, while twenty-five more scholarships will have a value of £ 3,000 respectively. This scholarship will be preserved for one academic year and will be deducted from tuition.

Terms
Scholarships will be awarded to students who are citizens from countries outwith the EU accepted for entry to full-time Master's program of graduate study at the University of Edinburgh.

Applicants must already have been offered a place at the University of Edinburgh and should receive a firm offer or intend to do so. Preference will be given to candidates who have not had an opportunity to study in Scotland.

criteria
Scholarships will be awarded based on academic ability. Candidates must have, or expect to obtain, the equivalent of a degree of external honors English class.

selection Procedure
A Selection Committee will meet at the end of May 2012 to select recipients. Scholarship winners will be announced in early June 2012.
