International students may submit grants and scholarships if they have demonstrated financial need. Financial need alone does not guarantee that students will receive a grant or scholarship. Awards are not designed to meet the financial needs of all students. They are designed to complement other sources of student financial information. This allows limited funds to help the greatest number of students. The grant does NOT include the cost of tuition. Continuing students are eligible to apply, but the incoming students are required to demonstrate that they are able to support himself for a year while attending Texas A & M University. Students can enroll into their second year for financial aid.
