University of Twente Scholarship (UTS) is a scholarship for excellent students from non-EEA countries, applying for graduate programs (MSc) at the University of Twente.

Requirements for application
To qualify for UTS, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* It has been accepted in one of the graduate programs mentioned above at the University of Twente before December 15 for the round 1 or March 15 for round 2
* Having graduated with excellent results in their (under-) graduate program, which is based on the overall CGPA noble
* Comply with the conditions to obtain a visa http://www.nuffic.nl/international-students/how-to-prepare/visas-and-permits/long-stay-visa Netherlands
* Comply with the English test IELTS Academic overall norm of 6.5 (or TOEFL iBT of 90) and an additional 6.0 (TOEFL iBT 20) on the skills of speaking subscore
* Having the nationality of the country non-EU/EEA and do not qualify for research grants in the Netherlands
* Having finished the possibility of pre-masters at the University of Twente
* Students who do not directly claim to master, but will start the program 'pre-master was able to apply for UTS. If they do not complete the pre-master with a CGPA of 7.5 out of 10, they can not be given UTS. They also must meet the above requirements for UTS, including English language test scores.
The deadline for applications: December 15 and 15 March each year.
Number of Scholarships
There are two possible UTS amount for one course and two years for two-year program of study. Students can only choose and apply for one. The amounts mentioned are given per year of study.
Number of scholarship from which students will choose the applications that
1. € 22.500 a two-year master's program
2. € 20,000 one-year master's program
3. € 12.500 a two-year master's program
4. € 10,000 one-year master's program
exceptions to this number are made for two-year study program Philosophy of Science, Technology and Society, a non-technical study, the number of scholarships to choose from the following: a large scholarship minor = 10,000 = 20,000 € €
Application information
You can only be nominated for UTS by your faculty, and on the condition of your (temporary) admit you are registered for the MSc program.
