La Trobe's Scholarship Academic Excellence is targeted to achieve high international students from all countries in all undergraduate and graduate courses La Trobe that. The award is for students who are just starting and lump sums may not be renewable for a maximum period of two semesters (or twelve months).

AES award is open to international students proposing to conduct a full undergraduate degrees and courses at La Trobe (note that the Higher Degree Research, Exchange, Study Abroad, ELICOS and Foundation Studies and Diploma students are not eligible).

Selection is based primarily on academic excellence, and applicants must have scored at least 75 percent of their previous or equivalent degree / award to be competitive.

In addition to completing the Application Form Scholarship, students must also submit an application for admission, and has received an offer from La Trobe University before the scholarship deadline.

Students with conditional offers may apply.

How to apply:
Applicants must complete an application form and submit to the relevant regional staff intscholarships@latrobe.edu.au LTI reception with application deadlines are listed below.

Semester 1, 2012:

Friday, December 16, 2011: all students applying from abroad
Friday, January 27, 2012: all students applying land

Semester 2, 2012:

Friday, May 18, 2012: all students applying from abroad
Friday, June 29, 2012: all students applying land

Other information:
Continuation of scholarship into the second semester (if relevant) subject to satisfactory progress and continued enrollment in the scholarship program of study is given. Maintain a C grade average required, and that satisfactory progress will be monitored.
