Econometrics Honours Memorial Scholarship

Description The Faculty of Business and Economics established these prestigious scholarships in memory of the tragic events that took place in October 2002 in the Department of Econometrics and Business Statistics and its honours students. A major fundraising campaign was launched by the Econometrics and Business Statistics Department and its alumni, and this, along with contributions from many others, has enabled the faculty to offer these scholarships in perpetuity. Duration and Value Duration: 1.0 year Annual value: $A 6,000.00 Total value: $A 6,000.00 Extra Details: The scholarship covers the cost of Commonwealth Supported Place contributions or full-fee course fees for the duration of the degree, plus $6,000 for 1 year only. Important Dates Application closing date: Automatic application Eligibility criteria General information Applicants must be enrolled, or intending to enroll, fulltime in the econometrics honours program on a Monash campus in Australia. Selection is based on academic merit. Retention of the scholarship requires the applicant to achieve an honours level 2A (distinction) grade average or higher for the duration of the course of study.
