If applicants can not meet the required criteria, they will not be accepted. Details of tests for each school will be informed later.
There are no barriers to degree applications (those applicants who majored in basic sciences (such as Physics, Chemistry, Life Sciences etc., is preferred)

Requirements for Application
For Master and Doctoral Programs Combined master

Applicants holding a Bachelor's degree
Applicants who will have a bachelor's degree in February 2012
Applicants who have an educational background equivalent to the above.

For the Doctoral Program

Applicants holding a Master's degree
Applicants who will have a Master's degree in February 2012
Applicants who have an educational background equivalent to the above.

The test date on the certificate should not be more than two years since the online application deadline

Korean applicants must submit a score report from the official English language test when they apply for UNIST. Value above is a requirement for graduation, not to enter, and thus do not need to be met at the time of application.
Native speakers of English are exempt from submitting scores. (U.S., Canada, England, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand) - When English is used as the official language in the applicant countries, in addition to another language, the applicant exempt from submitting scores when they apply for admission but must submit a certificate stating that they had completing all of their university courses in English for the exemption.
Except for the above case, any alien applicant must submit official test scores that exceed the standard English language graduate.

Scholarships (including tuition & living expenses)
Elite Scholarship UNIST

Who may apply: Good applicants in a joint doctoral program, master or doctoral program
Number of Scholarship: Approximately 20 awards
Scholarship: 30,000,000 per year (students selected are not allowed to also hold the scholarship RA / TA)
Term: 3 Years

Nobel Scholarship R & D:
Selected Ph.D students are supervised by Nobel Prize winner (UNIST Professor Chair) and academic advisor UNIST
Other conditions are the same as the communion of the Elite

Management

Students in master's programs: over 840,000 per month
Students in the Ph.D. program: over 1.04 million per month

Engineering

Students in master's programs: over 940,000 per month
Students in the Ph.D. Course: over 1.14 million per month

Hostel
All Students can stay in dormitories on campus

Important Information

Acceptance will be canceled if the successful applicant fails to pay registration or tuition deposit to the bank designated by the university.
In any event, documents submitted are returned.
Applicants are given only one entry in one school.
Applicant is responsible for any loss (including cancellation of entry) caused by the failure to submit the necessary documents, errors or omissions in the document, failure to meet the requirements indicated in the guidelines, the address is not clear, the failure of correspondence, failure to check the list of candidates admitted, the failure to carry out the procedures required to enter the country, etc.).
If the applicant entered illegally obtained, such as counterfeiting or alteration of documents or through a translation error on the document, and this fact is discovered while at school (or after graduation), the acceptance will be canceled (or all academic records will be deleted). In addition, if the suspected criminal cases, students will be reported to the authorities in both countries in accordance with the law.
All documents must be translated into English or Korean, and notarized (or certified by a notary).
International students must provide their own insurance against injury or illness and limiting compensation insurance must be at least U.S. $ 10,000.
Note: Travelers Insurance is available in Korea.
UNIST will provide many opportunities for scholarships for international students to ensure that they have a safe life while here in Korea.
