Application Requirements
The applicant and his / her parents must have foreign citizenship. Applicants who hold Korean citizenship are not eligible for this program.
Applicants must be in good health, both mentally and physically, to stay in Korea for a long period of time.
Applicants must submit a Personal Medical Assessment (included in the application form) when he / she apply for this program, and then submit the official Medical Examination Report issued in a hospital for NIIED. A serious illness is reflected in the results of the examination will be the main cause disqualification of the scholarship.
Applicants must be under 40 years old on 1 September 2012 (born after Sep.1st, 1972).
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree as of September 1, 2012.
Applicants who have enrolled in the same program in Korea with which they are applying for will be disqualified from this program. For example, applicants who have previously enrolled in a masters program in Korea can not apply for the Master Program KGSP it.
Applicants who apply for the Master's program must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma or higher than a Bachelor's degree.
Applicants who apply for the doctoral program must hold a Master's degree or equivalent diploma or higher than a Master's degree.
Applicants who expect to obtain the required degree or diploma relevant to the August 31, 2012 must submit a certificate or diploma degree expectations, and submit an official certificate of degree or diploma by 1 September 2012.
Applicants must maintain an average (GPA) of at least 2.64 on a scale of 4.0, 2.80 at 4. 3 scale, 2.91 on a 4.5 scale or grades / marks / score 80% or higher than the previous institutions attended.
If the transcript is not shown in the value / mark / score format, or difficult to convert into percentages, the attachment official explanation from the institution attended is required.
Applicants who have the ability to Korea or English language skills may be given preference.
Applicants who apply for science and technology program may be given preference.
Application Procedure
Process Assessment: Assessment Document [5 Level (1-5 Rating) Rating]
The admissions committee examined a number of factors - the record of the past studies (such as university classes earlier points), personal statement, study plans, recommendation letters from university professors before, the ability of Korea and other documents.
Successful Candidate Selection Procedures
Based on the assessment procedure, Level 1-4 applicants will be forwarded and considered Level 5 assessed applicants will fail.
Campus Life (Residence Hall)
Foreign students, the children of men of national merit, receiving basic life support, people with disabilities, and people who have specialized, have priority for admission when they submit the documentary evidence. People who have communicable diseases designated by law, or a person disqualified for communal living will be issued.

Documents submitted will not be returned to the applicant.
Violations during the test will cause the test results invalid. False or forged documents, false applications, or other illegality would cause the reception was canceled.
Any documents written by other languages but Korean or English, should be attached with notarized translation into Korean or English.
Immediately contact every time a change is necessary contact information.
Any other matters that are not included in this list should be treated in accordance with university regulations and the determination of the screening of foreign student admissions committee.
