International Achievement Scholarships, Sheffield Hallam University, UK

Our International Achievement Scholarship Program is open to students from non-EU countries applying to study at Sheffield Hallam University who will register in 2012/13 academic year. All full-time courses taught undergraduate and graduate students who take part in this program.

Scholarships will be awarded to qualified students who demonstrate both academic achievement, personal or professional in a personal report on the scholarship application form. The successful applicant will be awarded with certificates to mark their achievement at a ceremony following the registration of their program Scholarships and payment will be made after registration. This scholarship is not cost reduction.

How to apply for International Scholarships
Scholarship applications for courses are taught starting in September 2012 the application must be submitted on June 30, 2012. Scholarship applications for courses are taught starting in January 2013 the application must be submitted by 30 November 2012.

Requirements
To be eligible to apply for undergraduate scholarships you must:

classified as international students for fee purposes
have a high standard of secondary education
have, or expect to achieve, at least IELTS 6.0 (5.5 in all areas) or equivalent *
has been giving the insurance company or acceptance of your offer in the path you choose
to enroll in the program with Sheffield Hallam starting in 2012/13 academic year
can evidence achievement in your personal statement

To be eligible to apply for a postgraduate scholarship you must:

classified as international students for fee purposes
have a good degree
have, or expect to achieve, at least IELTS 6.0 (5.5 in all areas) or equivalent *
to enroll in the program with Sheffield Hallam starting in 2012/13 academic year
can evidence achievement in your personal statement
have applied for your course and given an offer conditional / unconditional

Scholarship Panel will consider the quality of academic achievement with personal statement when allocating scholarships. Panel will be held after the closing date and applicants will be notified approximately one month after the closing date using the contact details on your application records. Panel's decision is final.

* Please note that IELTS 6.0 (5.5 in all areas) or equivalent is the minimum English language requirements to be eligible for the International Scholarships and English language requirements for entry into some of our undergraduate and graduate programs may be higher.

Exception
Please note that you can only Sheffield Hallam University was awarded a scholarship or fellowship. For example, if you manage to follow the International Achievement Scholarship, you will not be eligible to receive scholarships International Access Scheme. This also applies to discount your fees are given. You must be self-funded students.
