There are no barriers to degree applications (those applicants who majored in basic sciences (such as Physics, Chemistry, Life Science, etc., is preferred)

For Master and Doctoral Programs Joint master

Applicants holding a Bachelor's degree
Applicants who will have a Bachelor's degree in February 2012
Applicants who have an educational background equivalent to the above.

For the Doctoral Program

Applicants holding a Master's degree
Applicants who will have a Master's degree in February 2012
Applicants who have an educational background equivalent to the above.

The test date on the certificate must not be older than two years from the online application deadline

Korean applicants must submit a report scores from the official English language test when they apply for UNIST. Value above is a requirement for graduation, not to enter, and thus do not need to be met at the time of application.
Native English speakers exempt from submitting scores. (U.S., Canada, England, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand) - When English is used as the official language in the country of the applicant, in addition to other languages, applicants are exempt from submitting scores when they apply for admission but must submit a certificate stating that they have completed all of their university courses in English for the exception.
Except for the above case, any alien applicant must submit official test scores that exceed the standards of English graduate.

Scholarships (including tuition and living expenses)
UNIST Elite Scholarship

Who may apply: Good applicants PhD in a joint master's program or doctoral program
Number of Awards: Approximately 20 awards
Scholarship: 30,000,000 per year (students elected not allowed to also hold a scholarship RA / TA)
Term: 3 years

R & D Prize Scholarship:
Selected Ph.D students are supervised by Nobel Prize winner (UNIST Professor Chair) and academic advisor UNIST
Other conditions are the same as the communion of Elite

Management

Students in the master program: over 840 000 per month
Students in the Ph.D. program: over 1.04 million per month

Engineering

Students in the master program: over 940 000 per month
Students in the Ph.D. Course: 1.14 million per month over

Hostel
All Students can stay in the dorms on campus

Important Information

Registration will be canceled if the successful applicant fails to pay the registration or tuition fees to a bank designated by the university.
In this situation the documents submitted will not be returned.
Applicants are given only one entry in one school.
The applicant is responsible for any loss (including cancellation of entry) is caused by the failure to submit the necessary documents, errors or omissions in the document, failure to meet the requirements specified in the guidelines, the address is clear, the failure of correspondence, failure to check the list of candidates admitted failure to implement procedures required to enter the country, etc.).
If the applicant's confession was illegally obtained, such as forgery or alteration of documents or through a translation error in the document, and this fact is discovered while at school (or after graduation), admission will be canceled (or all academic records will be deleted). In addition, if the criminal case is suspected, the student will be reported to the authorities in both countries in accordance with the law.
All documents must be translated into English or Korean, and be notarized (or certified by a notary).
International students must provide their own insurance against injury or pain and limit compensation insurance must be at least U.S. $ 10,000.
Note: Travelers Insurance is available in Korea.
UNIST will provide many opportunities for international student scholarships to ensure that they have a safe life while here in Korea.
