Description
The Endeavour Awards are a part of the Australia Awards initiative which was announced by the Prime
Minister in November 2009. The Australia Awards have been established to maximize the benefit to
Australia of its extensive scholarship programs, and to support enduring ties between Australia and its
neighbors. Under the Endeavour Student Exchange Program, Australian higher education institutions
receive funding from the Australian Government to subsidize the cost of Australian and international
students’ participation in student exchanges with registered higher education institutions in eligible
countries. For more information, visit
