Application Requirements
Prospective applicants must meet the following qualification criteria:
Must be a citizen which scholarships are offered, which also applies to his / her parents. The applicant does not have to be a holder of Korean citizenship.
Have adequate health, both physically and mentally. Applicants who have a severe illness may not apply.
Must be under 40 years old at the date of March 1, 2011.
At least 16 years of education completed on August 31, 2011 (equivalent to elementary, junior high, scholar)
Having over 80% (from 100%) of the average (GPA) for all the years of schooling
Preferential selection for applicants who have Korean Language Test Score (TOPIC, KLPT) or Score Test of English (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS)
Preferential selection for applicants who applied for the natural sciences or engineering fields if qualifications are equal.

Important Note
Applicants can apply for the program through more than one agency in charge of the recommendations of qualified candidates, but s / he MUST BE RECOMMENDED by ONLY ONE INSTITUTION.
Documents submitted will not be returned to the applicant.
Any required documents not submitted within the designated period of time of application or forged documents will lead to failure to enter.
Photocopies of documents should be checked against the original by the agency recommends.
Applicants can not be changed after entering graduate school.
