Eligibility for Application

.Both applicants and their parents are required to be foreign nationality (dual citizenship is not permitted)
Those who are in good health
An applicant must be under the age of 40 as of Sep. 1, 2012 (those born after Sep. 1 1972)
An applicant is required to have completed or is due to complete a bachelor’s or master’s degree by Aug. 31, 2012
Master’s Program are avaliable for those who have completed bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
Doctoral Program are available for those have completed master’s degree or the equivalent
Applicants are not allowed to apply if they attended the same program of graduate schools in Korea before
A certificate of expected graduation is acceptable if an applicant is due to graduate but, official certificate of graduation should be submitted before Sep. 1
A applicant is required to have a GPA of 2.64/4.0, 2.80/4.3, 2.91/4.5 at least , 80% or higher when converting GPA to percentage, or the equivalent
Additional official document will be needed if an applicant can’t submit a transcript with GPA or percentage
Additional points will be given to those with TOPIK(Test of Proficiency in Korean), TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS
In cases where the overall scores are the same, an applicants for engineering departments will be counted

Important Notes

An applicant who apply through more than one authorized agency including public agency, university and adoption agency will be excluded from assessment
Required documents will not be given back to applicants
Admission will be revoked if the required documents are incorrect or omitted
A copy of all documents are required to be certified by authorized agency
Self check-up list should be filled in correctly. Admission will be cancelled if any serious diseases are found after admission
A printed copy of thesis must be submitted
Certificate of rewards must be certified copy
Letter of recommendation from department chair is required to be submitted if an applicants graduated from university in Korea
An applicant can’t apply for integrated master’s and doctoral course
Transfer of university is not permitted after admission
